When you upgrade, they give you a set of epaulettes, and you can get a strand of braid for the blouse. Any tailor shop can sew on an extra stripe on the sleeves.

I thought pilots were supposed to be cheap, and airline pilots especially so. If you're paying for uniform items out of pocket, you're beginning to worry me.
