So it's different for the CRJ and ERJ contracts (as usual)
ERJ Sec 8.G.5
"A pilot who resigns and provides the Company with 2 weeks notice or retires will be paid for all accrued vacation."
CRJ Sec 7.F.4
"A pilot who resigns with two (2) weeks notice, retires, or is furloughed, and the estates of deceased pilots will be paid for unused earned and accrued vacation at his hourly rate at the time of such event. A pilot who is discharged for just cause will be paid for unused earned vacation at his hourly rate at the time of such event. A pilot who gives two (2) weeks notice of resignation will be paid for unused earned and accrued vacation provided that he completes his schedule as it existed on the date of notice and further provided that he uses sick leave on no more than one day during the first thirteen (13) days of the two (2) week period. A pilot who gives less than two (2) weeks notice of resignation or who uses sick leave on his last scheduled assignment of the two (2) week period will not be paid for accrued vacation."
Good luck guys!
