Let's try to put on our big boy pants and understand that while there is a lot of hiring going on everywhere the airlines (Frontier included) still hold thousands of qualified applicants in their app pools. I understand it's easy to fall into an entitlement mindset when most other advancement opportunities in this job are meritless, but this is one of those times you really do have to sell yourself and find a way to get noticed. A few columns of largely arbitrary numbers in your logbook are only a small piece of the picture.
Frontier has hired people recently with far greater experience than the person mentioned. They've also hired people with less. If you are using your logbook as a sole metric of why you aren't getting hired somewhere then all I can say is good luck. It's going to be a tough road to a better job for you.
