The court's clerical office should be able to supply you with copies of any documents related to the offense and settlement. There may be a nominal charge for copies but it would be well worth it to help bolster your case. The FAA is looking for documentation about the incident and that should help allay their concerns if this was simply an isolated incident.

I would also send the information to the FAA via Registered or Certified mail with a return receipt requested to show that you complied with their request for further information. I would keep this receipt indefinitely along with your copy of the statement in case any questions came up in the future about the incident.
