Not that I agree....but federal law always supersedes state law....Lost that one 150 years ago. There exemptions for transportation workers.....
Only if it's convenient to enforce those laws though.
Marijuana is illegal in federal law but legal in at least 2 states so far with no big pressure from the FED to force their hand.
