We had a very good contract. I think two of the highlights were the training protection clause (if you bid an upgrade, and it was to fall within three months, you were pay protected regardless of when the class actually happened), and the commuter clause. The commuter clause was slightly weakend when we shed the UAL flying, but it was still a reasonable way to deal with those pilots who commute.
