At my place, all of the complain by the FAs still takes place, but it's not to the front desk, it's to the F/O who is signing the crew in. And God help you if you don't put the van in East Coast time!
If you really want to screw with them, on your east coast overnights tell them the van time and then say 'that's Charlotte time ladies'. They'll start looking at their phones and then their watches. Usually one of them figures it out by the time we're getting out of the elevators.
