So if the ETD program doesn't officially end until December 31st does that mean Endeavor HR can't technically hire who they want until Jan 2015'?? Can they interview now and offer class dates for Jan 1st 2015' and later "build up a pool". We need FO's like yesterday, having to wait until Jan 2015 means new hires won't be online until Spring break travel rush in March.
