Ok so a recruiter recently told me reserve is approx. 1 year. Do you guys see that getting shorter anytime soon. Seems crazy compared to most other regionals.
When I left resv was running 2 years at the junior base (JFK). I think MSP had 5 and 6 year FOs on resv and DTW was 3 to 4. That was over a year ago.
Keep in mind what recruiters tell you and what is real can be very different.
