Flow is a management tool to ensure retention at a regional airline. Pilots working for an airline without flow stand a better chance at being hired at one of the 3 legacy airlines. Your first sentence makes sense and is obviously correct. The rest is absolutely ridiculous. Envoy and Piedmont pilots are being hired EVERY WHERE.
