Having a flow does something good. Are Piedmont Pilots GUARANTEED jobs or interviews at Delta or United? I've flown with a few that don't have American as there first choice. But lets say you get a interview with Delta or United and don't get hired by those two. Remember you're not guaranteed to get hired. So guess what now you have American as the Ace in your hand. It's a win win! Hell maybe you got a better chance of getting hired as a Delta/United guy over one of there own express people.

Flow is a win/win. Take it or leave it.
