I was giving some examples as to why there was a high failure rate for some of the early SSP folks. I flew with an FO last month who does new hire interviews and these were some reasons he stated that were common issues with the SSP invites. I didn't call SSP hopefuls entitled. I said that an entitled attitude at the interview will quickly wash them out. There are a ton of successful SSP pilots @ Delta and it's great to see all the familiar names on the seniority list. I'm happy for each one of them as well as equally disappointed for each one who doesn't succeed in the process.
