I'd consider Envoy. All the other carriers that are hiring have already hired most of their upgrades. IF, and only IF, the envoy TA passes, getting in on the ground floor now will position someone for the most rapid advancement. Not after they're already hiring, it's too late by then.

Just a thought, but wait until the vote.
