That's the dumbest thing I've ever read on any forum ever. And that's even if its true.
The difference between a bottom tier regional under a bankruptcy contract and a top tier legacy is light years apart. Who on earth would even listen to anyone saying such a stupid thing? Even if they were right, and it was "only a formality" what are they saving by not bringing their A game? A couple weeks of study and prep? A few hundred bucks?
How anyone, under any circumstance, could think they can just waltz into a job interview of that magnitide and think "naw man its cool they're just checking the box I'm so money baby" is absolutely laughable.
The interview really hasn't changed much in decades. All the gouge is out there. The success rate in general is fairly high and the success rate for those that prepare is very, very high. Walking in cold because you thought someone told you its all good don't worry about it is just ridiculous and inexcusable.
