Ccb is right. Nothing will change until a few dal pilots are told they cannot ride on our e175. The problem is, a) who is going to be the one to deny a pilot the jump. Not me! B) delta pilots shouldn't have to miss work and suffer for something that isn't their fault. Sapa has been saying they are working on the issue but I don't have a whole lot of faith in it. SAPA has been gumming that monkey for more than 3 years. Before the E175, if you didn't purchase a DAL lottery ticket to go on vacation the seat in the back wasn't available, regardless of the actual jumpseat status. DAL ALPA knows this and since it doesn't affect them they don't care if a regional puke catches a ride. Gloop, it isn't a jumpseat war, its my version of a reciprocal jumpseat agreement, my terms are the same as the ones they are offering me. Faith in SAPA is a contest, fill your left hand with faith in SAPA and krap in the right, see which fills up first.
