For those interested in interviewing with Compass and worried about the testing, food for thought. Rumor is people are scheduling interviews with endeavor for the day prior to their Compass interview to practice the testing, and then head to the compass interview the next day. Same building, same hotel. Good Luck!
Ha. in 2007-08 there were guys that would go do the Comair interview as a prep for the Delta interview. They did the same cog skills test. The Comair recruiters couldn't figure out why guys with PIC time were applying. After a couple months they quit calling guys who met Delta mins for Comair interviews.
