Nope,
This has been an issue for more than 5 years, if you don't buy the access to the "riding in the back" lottery, no seat in the back, no matter what. Every single Skywest pilot who hasn't purchased Delta benefits will not be able to ride in the cabin under any circumstances. If the jumpseat is open and there are seats in the back, per the TSA, you must ride in an open cabin seat. Delta refuses to recognize the mutually agreed upon SAPA-DALPA reciprocal Jumpseat Agreement, since DALPA can ride in open cabin seats as per the TSA requirement, and SKYW pilots are prohibited from cabin access the Delta benefits aren't paid, its not so reciprocal. EJet pilots are just SOL.
