I think the idea of denying a fellow pilot a ride home or a ride to work is ridiculous. I don't agree with CCB's method, but I do agree with his point. Why would a pilot not be allowed a seat in the back? As previously stated in this thread, the E175 guys are not offered Delta Benefits and cannot sign up so they are denied a seat in the back by the gate agent (personally I think this is the problem). If there is a seat available then you get a ride, regardless.
