No one said anything about captains discretion when it pertains to flight ops as for the jumpseat and your position you put your FOs in danger of being perceived to agree with you when in fact they completely disagree with you. That alone would put me in an uncomfortable position with you.
Fact is 99.99 of the folks at OO oppose your methods you are in the Minority with your threats. But good luck with that.
