Just own up to the failure, but don't dwell on it. And never forget to tell what you LEARNED from the failure. In other words, turn a negative ionto a positive. It has happened to the best of us, and the odds are that it will happen to all of us at some point in our careers. Just don't let it discourage you in you career pursuit.
