Probably better to use the opportunity to educate them. Print out some flyers explaining the situation, and when they check in with you give them the quick executive summary and ask for their help. They're not dumb and if they're regular commuters who rely on SKW they'll understand that if it's come to pamphlets getting handed out, they might start getting denied eventually.

If you start a one-man JS war, it's probably going to just you vs. them.
