Friends of mine going to job fairs would get asked a few different questions, which kinda made it seem like the recruiters were slightly out of touch with what's going in the industry if coming from the civ/regional demographic;
FO gets asked, "No PIC time, have you thought of upgrading? How come you haven't yet?'
Never mind that at that time, they were on property 6-7-8 years, and STILL can't hold CA. Or;
"You're a CA, how come you're not a check airman?" Never mind that they've been there 8-9 years, and are one of the BOTTOM RESERVE CA's, their company hasn't hired LCA's in forever and/or has the policy that a reserve CA isn't eligible for LCA, etc.
Just accepted the fact that I'll be in the right seat for the rest of my career. I'm incredible at checklist reading and learning each captain's "techniques". I've turned into a cockpit housewife.
