Yes, the old agreement for a floor on departures out of Narita was contingent on a very small codeshare to/from Narita. It generated about 500,000.00 a year in total revenue and far less in profit. If they shut that codeshare down we had zero protections in the Pacific.
Keep in mind that as the Narita operation has wound down we have added a lot of point to point from SEA. Overall Pacific block hours are up substantially since the merger. The numbers are available on the DALPA website. In 07/08 we had about 185,000 hours of Pacific flying. In 2014 it is over 230,000.
