Default What do "background checks" include?

I'm trying to assemble the essentials of airline pilot background checks. I've come up with the below summary, but I'd like feedback from the troops here on APC. Am I missing anything? Any comments or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks... FD
Before stepping foot in your airline of choice's cockpit, you have to pass a background check. The records being sought on you cover seven areas:

1. Flying background
2. Criminal history
3. Driving record
4. Credit history
5. Drug testing
6. Education history
7. Civil record (lawsuits)

The sources of this info come from:

1. FAA
2. FBI
3. DMV
4. National Driver Register
5. Credit bureaus
6. Former employers
7. College education records
8. Part 141 flight school records
9. Military records

An FBI background check was mandated by the Air Transportation Security Act in the wake of September 11th. This check goes back 10 years.
