The new Regionals
What the heck have we all come to? I think American Airlines has figured out that in order to move RJs, you need pilots. It seems they are very cognizant of this idea, and thus have extended a true flow program even for new hires at Envoy. I'm sure the other wholly-owned won't be too far behind.
Delta? Who knows what that amounts to. Seemingly to me, pretty soon every current qualified regional FO will be on American's books, and a less number at United's affiliates.
I guess the military will have to recruit more aviators because the stench Delta is leaving among their regional "associates" will be difficult to wash off. If they don't move to save them now, I think 9E will be the first to say good bye to FOs.
