I am no expert. I too am just getting my feet wet in the airline biz. If I were you, I would put what happened behind me, learn from it (you're a CFI, you know a person always learns best from their mistakes), and move on.
Besides you've got a career and airplanes to fly!
BTW: If you don't mind me asking, what airline were you training with, and who are you going to be interviewing with? If you'd rather not say, totally understand.

Thanx 4N1FLYR, I appreciate the kind words. My humble experience had tought me alot and definetly reflected on the way I teach. I am very proud of all my students that wanted an airline career and learned from my mistake and followed my advice to become skilled and safer pilots to serve on an airline one day.
I appreciate your understanding for not telling which airline but my interviews are with ExpressJ, Horizon, ASA, Eagle.
