Actually when most of at XJT herd that we were getting a new COO we were not very thrilled. We just thought it would be another Skywest Inc. puppet. Our last management team told us that we would never bid on flying without a Joint Contract with the two pilot groups ( ASA and XJT). Now with her and BS( New VP of flight Opps. Believe he started last Feb.) we are bidding on flying. We are not the top performers for United again. You guys at TSA should know how much a management change can make a big difference. A few years back TSA was a miserable place to work and now you guys love it there why? I think its because of your new management.Why she left United I do not know, but it seems she still has a good rapport with them. Time will only tell.
