There is CLEARLY obligation for those talks on AMR's part.
THEY ARE DEALING THE PLANES TO BOTH OF US. Like I said before, I'm not trying to start a fight, just pointing out this issue and rumor has it talks are underway high within ALPA, PDT ALPA and other parties re this issue.

Just to be clear what I understand from PDT contract and what you understand might be something totally different than what management understand.
At the end I believe PDT and Envoy will be merged. Probably a couple of years down the road when pilot pool get dryer. I believe they want as much SR guys out of here sooner and that will take a couple of years.
If you read our TA is targeted to the NH. Every FO at Envoy is protected in the current payscale. They don't want us to be here much longer, neither the PDT sr guys. The flow in this TA is targeted to the 824 and Protected pilots to be gone in the next 6 years. Of course it depends on hiring.
I don't know if there are enough pilots to cover the gap.
