On the surface, flow through seems like a great thing but in reality its just a tool that management uses to obtain your obedience for 10 years, kind of like a carrot. The truth is you are better off going to a regional that is growing. Upgrade time should be the only thing on your mind, not 10 year flow throughs. You upgrade, then you are out of there in a year or two.
