As a crusty old Captain (upgraded earlier this year after 14 years) I don't do anything different than I did as a FO. I get everyone where they need to go safely and as on time as possible. I don't make a PA from the front of the cabin or on all night/early morning flights. I look as sharp as I can and enjoy the job from the left seat. The fact that the company is going to have to come to grips with is there is a large percentage of pilots here who were adversely affected on 04/30/05. I'm not angry, just a realist.
