That starts getting a little tough if you have no TPIC time, and then put upgrade who knows how far away at a LCC. It's not terribly tough for FOs to get on at places like Spirit, JB, etc. But some of these places will take you and then you'll have years until upgrade. There may, MAY, be some upgrades here around the corner. What call do you make then? Stay and hopefully upgrade so you can get some TPIC, or go and leave it all behind?
