Once it's in the contract, it's up to you and your ALPA buddies to enforce it--not to help the company weasel out of its obligations with ALPA obfuscation and equivocation.
The contract is entirely too permissive on a number of provisions (including scope and reroutes), and ALPA can't even enforce those limits that are in place.
