DAL pays for parking in base. there is no official policy to pay for parking in the city you commute from, but I've been told you can often talk to the station manager in your home city and work something out.
Delta pays for parking at your base, or will also pay for parking if there is a flight attendant base there, but no pilot base.
For example, there is a flight attendant base in MCO, and pilots who commute out of there can choose to have their parking paid at MCO instead of their base.
