I wish it were that easy. I've been with Alaska over 20 years and there's always been an issue with our ALPA boys. I'm not in a position to do anything myself as just one person, but believe me, I educate my FO's, especially the new ones, that we desperately need some new blood in the ranks of our ALPA volunteers. I'm really not comfortable discussing issues on this forum, nor would it be appropriate, but if we were to ever meet in person and have a beer, boy could I tell you some tales that would shock the socks off you! If ALPA is working well at Delta, then I congratulate you. Consider yourselves fortunate.
