I don't want PBS for Alaska pilots either. Like others have mentioned above, I'm not at all confident that the company will buy the best software available. They'll buy from one of the cheapest vendors. Besides, PBS won't be all that great if the company keeps writing crappy pairings.

They want PBS without having to give up anything. Well, how about giving us better vacation & training pay, giving us more flexibility to manipulate our schedules, etc.? I like the idea of being able to slide your vacation mentioned above regarding DAL's PBS program.
