We have better pay rates for current aircraft.
We have the same DH pay.
We have almost identical vacation accrual.
We get paid more for training.
We get paid more in initial.
We get the same premium pay.
We have the same guarentee
We get 10 cents less in per diem but in August, that goes to equal
We don't have rigs.
So if the XJT contract is so superior, why does the TSA contract have so many areas that are better or equal to XJT?
