We aren't management, which is the whole point. ALPA'S job isn't to worry about what keeps Ed up at night, it's to get the best contract and protections possible for the pilots. If down the road that doesn't work for management, they can come to us and negotiate a change. Just giving them a 15% blank check is absurd, and the fact that you are arguing their point is sad.
