Depends on many things like prior tpic, age, and what you want etc. If you're < 30 and no TPIC, i'd say stay and get the 1000 tpic. +1 If you lack PIC then get your 1000 hours PIC before making a lateral move like that. Being a Captain there is as good as a 2nd year FO at Atlas. Keep in mind that you'd probably end up on the 767 for 3 years and 2nd year pay on the 767 is a $4 an hour pay increase.
