Well, here's Spirit's info (the minimum standard?), based only on the topics addressed by 'labbats'. Some of it better than HAL, some of it not. Like HAL, just about all of it better than ALG currently.

Min Day
Spirit: 4.0 day trip, 4.5 Multi-day or RSV duty
HAL: 4.25
ALG: None

401k Match and eligibility
Spirit: 8% match, going up to 9%
HAL: 15% gross, no match needed
ALG: 100% first 2% then 50% for next 3% for a total of 5% match

PerDiem
Spirit: $2.15
HAL: $2.50 CONUS and International varies from $3.50-$5.21 depending
ALG: $1

DH Pay
Spirit: Full pay for deadhead, no middle seats, must be seated in 'Big Front Seat' (first class) if available at time of departure
HAL: Full pay for deadhead, and 1st Class seating if over 2 hours.
ALG: $20/hr

Training
Spirit: Bidding allowed
HAL: Bidding allowed, and 1 instructor can be no-listed
ALG: Pilots won't be able to Bid for Training

Days Off
Spirit: 13 days off min for Regular and Relief line holder, 12 days off for RSV line, 72 hour guarantee both. All days off must be in blocks of, at minimum '5 days in a row, but no lower than 4' (which works out to 2x 4 day off blocks and 1x 5 day off block for line-holders, minimum). No long call.
HAL: 12 days off min for Res & Line Holder, 75 hours guarantee both
Long Call res goes into effect Jan 4th.
ALG: 11 days off for lineholders, 10 for reserves
Long-Call Reserve program - none

Sick
Spirit: Sick is 4 hrs/mo, max 400 hours accrued. If you use all your sick bank, you can borrow 24 more hours, to be re-accrued when you return. You can also use your vacation bank, if you so choose.
HAL: Sick is at 7.50 hrs/mo, max 1080 hours accrued. IF you use more than 270 consecutive hours for sick call, then the accrual rate increases to 10hr/mo upon return until your sick back is whole again.

Sick call is thru Etna via website or automated phone. Doctors note may be required if longer than 7 days.

ALG:PTO for both sick and vacation...

year 2-3 ... 35 hours a year
year 4-6 ... 45 hours a year
year 7+ ... 52 hours a year

Sick calls paid at 100% if it brings you under the 70 hour guarantee. If over 70 hours you must use PTO. See above.

Vacation
Spirit:
year 1-4 = 4.67 hrs/month and/or 14 days
year 5-9 = 7.0 hrs/month and/or 21 days
year 10-14 = 8.17 hrs/month and/or 21 days
year 15-19 = 9.33 hrs/month and/or 28 days
year 20-24 = 10.5 hrs/month and/or 28 days
year 25+ = 11.67 hrs/month and/or 35 days
Bid is done after Vacation award, and conflicting trips can be dropped.

HAL: It's quite complex, but in a nutshell..
year 1 & 2 = 15 days
year 3 = 16 days
year 5 = 21 days
year 10 = 23 days
year 12 = 27 days
year 15 = 29 days
year 20 = 33 days
year 25 = 38 days

Must take 7 days every year min.

Bid is done after Vacation award, and conflicting trips can be dropped.

ALG: PTO. See above.

HAL: $36/hr x 75 hours min
ALG: $2000/mo and no hotel provided.

Bid Conflicts
Spirit: Pay protected for the higher of the previous or the current award. Entire trip must be dropped if any one day of the trip is conflicted
HAL: Fully Paid
ALG: unpaid. Must re-bid on another day off.

Upgrades and 'Promised' Growth
Spirit: 2.5 year upgrade. Planned growth at 10+ aircraft per year. Fleet will double in next 7 years
HAL: Currently pushing close to a 6 year upgrade. Planned growth at 3-4 aircraft per year.
ALG: Currently pushing close to a 6 year upgrade. (Update- now almost street hires... but caveat emptor) Planned growth at 3-4 aircraft per year.

I'd be interested to see other mainline carriers add to this list
