Looking back 10, 15, 20 years, no major, legacy or cargo airline is what is was. Many may debate the reasons why (deregulation, inflation, etc), but the Truth is that every aspect of compensation and QOL in the industry has declined. Now, if we really take a look at what has happened to especially regional airlines that invited in a union, the effects have not been positive. It went from bad to worse. Look at the big picture.
