If this is true we need to do something about that. I'm fine with it if the company gives the guys hired 3 and a half years ago 747 pay starting January 5th plus they give the entire pilot group something else. Rig during training would be a nice gesture.
A grievance has already been filed, but that's really the only course of action at this point. Hopefully those harmed will be made whole.
