So what's the haps with the Surface? Isn't the Surface 2 outdated, especially by the time they hand 'em out?
SKYW will only issue something that has no value, so if you can buy it at the flea market from a a guy named Guido, SKYW will buy them from him after they are used and obsolete. They will make a PPM addition that all tablets after the initial issue are pilot responsibility. They will then "upgrade" the software so the pilots will have to buy their own latest tablet.
