FO's now have interviews with DL and a higher commitment in 2016. Same as CA's for the process.
If you want to be at DL, 9E is the only place with that option beyond off the street.
I was talking with a guy the other day who had an offer from a mid-major, but was also interviewing at 9E. We were talking about long term, retirement type of stuff. He said he wanted to eventually be a DL guy. While I'm not sure if this FO interview applies to new hires like he would be, seems like having a guaranteed interview would be easier then hedging your bets off the street.
