Agreed! The addendum for many of the specific airlines on airline apps.com use language such as that referenced above. I added it to my addendum because I want all my cards out on the table.

Having said that, I was at an Emerald Coast prep very recently and when I told the instructor I had put on my addendum that I failed a T-37 UPT check, he expressed some concern that it might push me down a little in the application scoring pile. However, he also said it will not keep me from getting an interview. Once you are in the interview, the company has accepted it and no harm no foul. But, if they get even a small hint you've been less than forthright, they are going to probe. If they feel like you have been deceptive, your done.

I am leaving it in my addendum.
