The DOH for a percentage on the list varies for pilots hired prior to the NWA/Delta merger depending on the pilot's pre-merger airline and really isn't a good measuring stick at this point. The reference you need is what seniority number the pilot is. The junior 777 FO (excluding instructors) is currently #9014.
If you are a newbie, all you need to do is move up 3000 numbers and you might be able to hold it.

At current retirement rate should move up 3000 numbers in about 7 years. Not to bad in my opinion compared to many.
