It is about mutual respect. Obviously, if you feel Spirit has a good management employee relationship then you haven't experienced the real deal.
Instead of wishing our 'relationship' with management would change, how about we take action and help this guy out. Management will do what they do (or don't do), that doesn't preclude us from lending a hand ourselves.
