For new-hires they have told us they are going to use the crew base system, basically 100 airports. Most are the larger airports, a few are ones like TEB. The guys on property now are in an system called HBA's, slightly more choice. With contract negotiations going on now, I would be highly surprised if there was ever any less choice, but you never know until you see the TA. Also, not sure what they are telling interviewees, but expect something like a 10 year + upgrade time. Something to consider. I have been sitting right seat for since '05 and expect not to upgrade before late '15 or '16.
