That’s their job. It is never in management’s interest to negotiate in good faith. The real misstep for g4, has been their extreme stance across the board. And their blatant disregard for the process. No upper management personal have bothered to show up, in over two years. They have literally sent secretaries and low level store clerks, who are not in any position to make decisions. The nmb has witnessed the same disregard, and worse from what I hear with our flight attendants. And we’re talking about basic stuff; like definitions. Definitions are not in their “DNA”. G4 management would like there to be none; so that your base can theoretically be anywhere they say it is.
B6 has been in negotiations for the last six months and have twice the ta’d items. Our lawsuit for violation for status quo is on going and all indications are positive. If all rah did was offer anything close to your peers, it would look reasonable. G4 has a different peer group. Think Spirit.
