I get that the majority are on here just to bash and talk smack about all of these regionals, but seriously there has to be something good about each one.

Do all of these have training contracts? Signing bonuses are becoming popular it seams. Cancellation pay? time on reserve until able to hold a line#?

I get it, the two best airlines are the one your just got hired for and the one you just left. Some of you will never be satisfied. I've was an MEC years ago and can tell you from experience, you can NEVER please everyone.
RAH is in a class by itself as far as how bad things are. Imagine not being paid for cancellations for things out of your control such as weather and maintenance. You might be thinking "I don't want to work for free" but it goes much deeper than that. If you have a family of 4 on your health insurance, you could end up owing money to RAH every two weeks instead of getting a paycheck. Imagine, a zero dollar paycheck.
