The instructor doesn't have 10 hours in a Duke. Can this instructor perform the IPC? The 5 hour requirement only applies if you are providing the dual for a certificate or rating that is sought. Flight reviews and IPC's do not fall under these categories. You're an MEI, so you can log PIC no problem due to this even if you don't have 5 hours in make and model.
